What Happens in Berlin...Stays In Berlin...!!

Moreorless, YES.
Its a perfect example of moving on in life.
I really appreciate whoever coined the term "heavy heart". Perfect.
And anyhow, Amsterdam now, and it couldn't have been better. Even Mushrooms are legal and I'v been searching for coffeeshops one after the other. Did some random grocery shopping and life in nice. It just smells of weed, everywhere, over the river and under the streets.
Tomorrow.

Berlin'd!!

Hello, this Eastern life,
Its quaint and historic nature
Graffiti on greying walls,
Getting lost in this caricature.

Berlin, in ze ageing skies,
Western marvels, a moment's lecture
Laidback bier in Alexanderplatz,
sunlight falls through, this broken architechture.

Peculiar hearts in southern towers,
Prussian delight in the wide lane,
An East side glimpse so acute,
And the wall that don't remain.

Souvenirs dotted along painted shops,
Neither want nor arbit seconds of fame,
Gartens soaked in late night sun,
A past never to reclaim.

Of hallowed points and secret spies,
Lemon trees dedicated to the unknown,
History, history everywhere,
A reich that stands all alone.

Reichstag to Sanssousi Park,
Chastening reminders of ye gory past,
East West Axis bred in foreign glass,
Burnt books now ironclad.

Lego like regions and random stoic,
As words used are forever inane,
I may not get the road back to Rome,
But I will surely be back here again.

Berlin'd

The Road I Must travel..

Went out of my waz and country to watch Mr. Chris Cornell Live. The live music scene for me in now gonna be good for 5 days. Woo!!

Semi completed Berlin too today, and will stay at Baxpax tomorrow and maye a trip to Potsdam and then Amsterdam day after. More coming in. Im adept at photography so far as no one wills to see it.

Berlin > Paris, just after I thought nothing would be better.

And so it is...

A volcanic lake today evening and arrive in Paris through an overnight TGV that leaves at 1840 today. Cant hardly wait.
Ever tried folding a towel of a bed sheet while looking at in into the mirror? Try it tomorrow or on the 23rd of this month or actually, whenever you can. Its fun.
And I have decided to not see any Tulips or similar gardens in Amsterdam. Thats what everyone recommends..I mean, seriously!!!! Its not your usual cup of a city.
And a day in Paris should be fun. Have made an one day itinerary for Paris and it seems perfect as of now. Will be fun after taking my time all over Rome and Naples, Pisa, Capri, and Florence respectively.
Florence is beautiful. Despite pledges to not view any further museums, you really cannot help yourself when you see on, ze city be such. It has such a powerful, overwhelming effect on one.
Machiavelli, Michaelangelo, Medici etc. And yeah, Romeo and Juliet. It would be blasphemy to ignore this city on Italy transit. Naples is scary, a mafia heist as soon as you look around and that is one thing Lonely Planet did get correct. And Capri, the city which gave us a trouser that gets back my O.C.D is there for plenty. And its fuckin expensive. It actually becomes more as you get closer to it.
Another worthy location is any coastal area ahead or below Rome, the sea is s blue, so blue...!!

And now, to the lake. I will write in soon. Currently trying to google out a place to see he Champions League final in Berlin...some Irish pub maybe..
Life depends..

On A Day Like Today..

The PISA sqaure has me all happy for the time.
I move out to Florence maybe tomorrow for a day and then get back to Rome to catch up to Paris on a fucking overnight TGV..hah!! Its expensive on it but an experience nontheless.
And a quick trip in Rome with WINE AND WINE (its been so..only with beer though) and then up East to Frankfurt and Berlin.
This may still take time.

VIA Pizzas, Piazza, and Pisa...

More or less. No wonder they all gave me blank looks whenever I said VIA as we do it around the world. They pronounce it the Italian way. In Rome, actually do and fuck up everything like the Romans do.
Also, all Roads do not lead to Rome. They can actually take you out of town and leave you somewhere there will be no way to get back on track. Had all my issued sorted out. Contacts outside India from India pwn more than elsewhere. Anyhow, trip expenditure is a bomb, especially with a new train pass.
Hit Pisa today. Beautiful, the Piazza (square) in Pisa which contains the Leaning Tower is perhaps the most beautiful hang out outdoor place in the world. The funny part is everyone takes the bus from the station and same way back. Idiots. Its a walk straight down. But cannot afford to get lost on that track as even the locals do not know where the railway station is. Triene A Mi nostra...ohh whatevere...!!
Now, Rome is beautiful. I got sick of it because of 6 days there buts its magnificent. I got irritated with some of the overhyped places and people were around a little too much. Atleast I hadnt lost something on these days.
Venice was sick. Though the San Marco area more than made up for a unhappy mood. But nothing really could. Thats one day I will someday write a story about.
This trip is becoming a bigger adventure than I ever thought, Though Iv paid more money for stuff I havent done than otherwise planned.

The Sound Of Music...And Other Arbit Cacaphonz...

Here I Am. Not too inspired but yet wonderful.
Made it to Salzburg. The same city where The Sound Of Music was made and shot. Its beautiful and quaint, riddled with strange alleys. But I have somehow become killer at tracking down maps and Billas for beer...hah!!
Touched Munich for the daz today. Saw the strangest of buildings, Im ready to be a tour guide. Then went around a huge english garden looking at naked germans having a good time.
Backpacking is tiring. Washed clothes on my own and had a backache by morning already. The eurail is fab thought. It takes me around and around around without charge. Im pretty much messed up with the system in this world. Its vague.

And in Vienna, all Indians are newsstand workers. Or maybe its more like the newspaper stand companies hire only Indians. Dont speak with much people unless to ask for 'fire'. Go figure out this bit. And roamed around Salzburg with some real brilliant english women and they ensured I knew where to end at.

Its an easy life in a beautiful setting. I yet can't wait to get to Rome and thats what makes this trip so lovelz.

Till...

This is the place...

It nearlz froye me todaz. This citz has lovelz weather. Such good climate that it kept everz one inside. I traverse 2 miles at the Danube all alone. Walked over the bridges and had beer with paranthas and etc at the river side listening to amaying FM music.
Saw a few bands earlier in the daz at the citz centre and it was all crowded and all. Then made mz waz to the Beldevere and came back to take a 2 hour nap. Will walk out to check the night life tonight. Wien is breathkaing. The old architechture, there is no clear emarcation between the old and the new, its just for one to make out alone.
Mz hotel is fab, though not the greatest. And anzhow.

Some random song plazed on ye radio in ye daz,
'i hate jamaica...i hate reggae...i love austria..im stazing in wien...'
not possible though, i shift to Munich and estern Austria for 2 dazs now. Till I survive...

All that I can leave behind...

this is wonderful.Vienna is the greatest thing to have happpened to me zet. its beautifullz breathkaing, and submersive. Iv had half a bottle of wine, which was after we coerced a pub owner into lending a cork opener.

its beautiful. the garedens, the wine and beer in open air, Garben, the palaces, almost everzthing about it. this is somethign alreadz etched in mz mind. I dont miss anzonw at the moment anzmore. Iv hadlz had time. Also saw briefs of an Austria Rapids game and it was sold out. Europe doesnt have anz nuances, unless Iv been stuzpid enough not to have overcome them so far. The 5 euros on mz daz pass and the manz more on the Turksih piyya are splendidlz spent. This trip seems promising. If onlz I can hold mz own. The onlz one I remotelz miss is someone who I downed a yillion beers with- Hello, zou Not significant, if zou do read this, remember everz word oif what i said and do take care.

I dont care much about the z and y problem on this fuck alll kezboard. But I have tips >I will put in later for Vienna.

Keep tracking. This ones not so apt due to certain keuzboard and free internet concerns. Cheers.

Objeccts in the rear view mirror are closer than they appear..

Im not getting a hang of Austria. Technology is overdone, everything is. And being a true India, I just took a train from the airport to the city centre without ze fuckin' ticket. Kvlt, innit?

This keyboard to everything around is ion a different language. Even the spell check on my blog is Austrian, please help. Everything is in Red. I have too manz stories but they will have to wait.

Did zou know that out here, the kezboards have y and z inplace of each other. ye verz zunnz.
I now leave to meet a friend at a station that is similar in name to what we refer as PITY in hindi. Sadbhavannah...no wait...Sudbahnof...KILL ME before this citz does.

Ohh and the plane trip is another storz. Them should ban retarded Indians from international flights. Thez make a fool of not onlz themselves...anzhow...!! Soon. So far as this internet is free..

AND ZOU KNOW:::nevermind::!!

Monday, 7 May 2007

Its a town full of losers...

And I'm pulling out here to win..

Either way, The Boss's words spring true. I depart by the 0150 hours flight. gleeing in delight and gaining every inch of sadistic pleasure at the faces of all those I leave behind. Its fucking' awesome. All them and most probably you too, go over your daily chores and routine tomorrow, day after and for the rest of the month and your awful lives. Sorry for the digs but nervousness becomes anticipated excitement.

Vienna awaits. Their ice cream and that Mozart chap.I wonder if the the Vienna residents have ever had Delhi Delight...!!

More tomorrow from the youth hostel free Internet cafe.

Italy goes H20 Less.

Yes, it had to happen in May, 2007. After all these years of not really happening, it had to be NOW!!
Italy has declared emergency nationwide (especially in the North) after facing severe drought.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Drought-hit_Italy_declares_emergency/articleshow/2008275.cms

And to think the only free thing in Italy was Water and now even that is gone. So goes that bemused smile on my face that held promises of beauty in Florence and Rome.
Will get around anyhow.

And chucked out Athens for sure now and put in Barcelona in the picture after a telephone conversation. Sounds neater, cleaner, and way more healthier, and certainly way less time consuming than random ferry taking halfway across the continent to be simply content with the Acropolis, which anyhow seems so similar to Paris's Pantheon anyhow!! Except that its on a hill. And Rome, I realized has seven hills. Not that I didn't know but Lonely Planet confirmed.

And Lonely Planet offers shit on a shoestring budget. The cheapest food they recommend is INR 600 at least. And accommodations start at like INR 900. Fucking liars. I want my INR 1300 back.

Leave Before The Night Comes

Global warming?

Made some changed to the itinerary today!! Ze trip 'round Greece is off for the times!! Too much of an effort it seems to travel (train/ferry) 36 hours [Venice-Bologna-Acacona-Patra-Athens] to glimpse the acropolis, however much I may regret it.

And people in Austria want me to get Indian cigarettes for them. Brilliant.
Will do that. Will help myself along the way too. Put it a day for Florence too. Should be fun, seems majestic by the pictures.

I'm getting more and more excited for Pink pop. Should be perfect to culminate the trip with it. All hectic life will come to a standstill over the Pentecost weekend in Netherlands then.

Eurotrip, May 8th to May 29th, 2007.
Not really a travelogue. Just a vague measurement of everything I will go through o'er a period of 23 days. Random scribbles and other retarded comments that I shall wish to make. I have done arbit research, planned out vague and am unsure where I will be, when I will never be able to. I'm apprehensive. I leave Monday.
